and conditions before ordering from our webshop.
Orders
and Payments / Privacy Policy
When you place an
order with us you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we
have received your order. Please ensure you keep this email as we may need you
to refer to it if there are any issues with your order. If you do not receive any
email please let us know. If you have any question regarding
your order please email us at contact@lorisetlivia.com.
LORIS&LIVIA is happy to handle all international orders. All
orders are shipped from London UK and may be subject to import taxes (such as
VAT) depending on your location. Please check with your local customs
authorities for details of import duties and taxes for your region.
All prices on the webshop will be charged in British
Pounds (GBP). Currency exchange rates between GBP and your local currency may
fluctuate; international customers are advised to check the latest currency
exhange rates prior to ordering. The final exchange rate will be determined by
your financial institution.
All payments are processed securely via Paypal or Stripe.You
are not required to sign up in order to make a payment; you can pay with all
major credit cards without creating a Paypal or Stripe account. LORIS&LIVIA does not collect or store any
of your credit card information, and your contact information will only be used
for order processing & delivery.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you
will be notified by email immediately and your payment will be refunded in
full.
If you are interested in a product that has been marked
as sold out, please email your enquiry at contact@lorisetlivia.com.
Delivery
If you are based
in the UK, your order will be dispatched within 2-5 working days, Monday to
Friday. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, delivery may take up to
10 working days, depending where you are based. Occasionally, circumstances
beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for
any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
Depending on the
shipping provider used to deliver your order, we
may ask you to provide a telephone number to ensure someone will be available
to accept the delivery.
Returns
and Refunds
You
may return or exchange goods within 14 working days of delivery. Returns are at
customers' own expenses. We advise you use an insured, signed for service. We
can’t be held responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
The product you
return must be in new, unused, condition with all the original packaging and labels
if any. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or packaging.
We are unable to accept any item with any indication that it was used.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment,
excluding delivery costs, within 7 working days.
Sale items are
non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have
received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible via
email and include your order number as well as a picture of the damaged of
faulty item. Returns will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when
delivered to you. If you would like a replacement, please let us know when you
report the item as faulty. If we are unable to fulfil your request for a
replacement we will be happy to send you a refund. LORIS&LIVIA
will not refund any products returned for damage resulting from accident,
alteration or misuse after delivery. Company
